Good Evening, I'm writing again to see if anyone can offer any more advice on how to get the license active, I keep getting the "Your license is inactive. Would you like to activate it now?" Pop-up each time I open ESA, I have tried everything. I input the license code one by one into the "license renewal code" and hit renew license and everything works, I am able to connect but once esa is closed it asks for itt again. I went through and swapped over the SW files into the correct location and have tried 1 year renewal, 6 months renewal, 1 month renewal, 2 days renewal, and still no luck. If anybody has any more advice I would greatly appreciate it.
