Saw this on the other forum, has anyone seen this program to confirm that it works? 
I honestly think its just a troll, it looks just like Detroit Calibration Tool. But who knows something might be out there for custom CAT stuff which would be sick.

Yes, Pi Technology has made many programs for CAT over the years. So yes it is probably real to a point. CAT has many programs in it's Engineering Toolkit.

CAT ET itself has the ability to modify maps, modify the calibration if using the Engineering/Factory comet module.
CAT PSPS is what is used internally on the assembly line.

If someone sends me the Factory comet module itself, yes. It's a specific exe with extension libraries and special installer.
would be nice to have a tool like that, but for now all cats i do manually in ols and flash by catet
