It will not work go back to build 1511 and stop all updates, the build it netframe that included in build 1709 or higher will not work and it can't be uninstall

how can I go back to build 1511? thank
Find a older copy of windows 10 and reinstall it then upgrade pro then use microsoft hide tool and select the updates that you don't want to install and let the drivers update then go into the registry and block future update or destroy windows. I have attached where you can download a copy of windows 10 home but will need to upgrade to pro
