The latest version is included in the archive.
Ok but I can not get them to work with esa when you move them over it locks it up. I have a good copy of 4.4.1 but it dont like this version of sw file

I'm running 5.0.0.452 with 2018 sw folder. No problems or locking up here. All the PACCAR versions here are the official ones from dealerserv.
MAKE SURE PACCAR ESA IS NOT OPEN WHILE YOU COPY THE FILES TO THE SW FOLDER. IF IT'S OPEN IT WILL HANG BECAUSE THE FILES ARE LOCKED BY THE APPLICATION.
Oh ok I will work on it later., I had found a copy on a hard drive from my last computer and moved it over and it works not thanks Ill update my version another time.
