Service Ranger 4.2 +Activator+2017 Database update
The database update files are copied from a .........."real" installation. Copy the files to C:\Program Data\ Eaton\Service Ranger. Do not copy the license file.

most likely antivirus are windows defender

Let me guess you are on Windows 10 if not you probably install the latest update on netframe 4.7.1 when updating yours windows. If you have then it will not be possible to making a key. You would need to someone to make a key for you, if you need my help just send me a message, I can make the key for you.
