Working on a isx15 cm2350 in a pro star. Looked at it quickly few days ago did not get too far yet. Truck cranks but no start and no fault codes in insite. Check rail Pressure was OK open fuel line at rail have fuel. Check engine speed was ok. Try to start with brake cleaner still no start. Any one have any idea? Tomorrow I will remove valve cover look inside and check base timing

It was the turbo stuck in close. Removed the egr cross over tube still would not start but got better. So I removed the egr flex pipe from exhaust manifold to egr cooler started right up. Then drained coolant to removed vgt the Spector shaft is jammed
