your version.. work on win 10 64 bit?

yes is because windows 10 update 1709......

the freamwork 4.7 is installed automaticlly...and cause this error



first:

formate your pc\or restore before the update
install old version windows 10
use windows destroyer
go in regedit and desactive windows update
go in service.msc and desactive windows uptade service

What is the use of windows detroyer?

  sorry .. but I'm a mechanic, I'm not as good as you with the pc ... thanks
